NOVOSYSTEMS (D) introduces a new and only agent of liquid clearing: NOVOCLEAN CA 85007 suitable for screw cleaning for plastic extrusion and moulding.
The product has been developed in Novoclean own labs, after long tests in very severe conditions, where colours and polymers have been interchanged into the same machine many times a day, therefore allowing an optimal formulation of the end product.

NOVOCLEAN CA 85007 does not contain aggressive materials neither chemical reagents nor solvents; therefore it is physiologically safe.
Acts as a cleaning agent of the screw and the barrel, combining with polymers on room walls and removing pigment traces both in the screw and in the barrel.

The suggested dosage is 1-2% and has to be blended with the same polymer during the processing. NOVOCLEAN CA 85007 is stable upto 320°C without emitting any gasses during the process.
Does not contain moisture. The rejects from cleaning operations, during the colour change, with the same polymer, can be easily re-granulated and re-machined. The economic advantages above mentioned (savings of materials and change colour operations) are achieved using NOVOCLEAN CA 85007.
